You Must Prepare For Potential Civil Unrest
FBI Whistleblowers and Security Professionals Are Sounding The Alarm
As someone who attempts to decipher the political tea leaves in U.S. politics, I'd like to highlight some murmurs and warnings about potential instability in the coming weeks. A former FBI intelligence professional and the founder of Blackwater have been issuing alerts about possible civil unrest and terrorist attacks in the United States. Moreover, politicians vehemently opposed to Trump have disclosed a strategy to prevent him from entering the White House, even in the event of his electoral victory, those that intend to implement this strategy believe it could lead us towards civil war.
U.S. Representative Jamie Raskin stated in August that Democrats might utilize Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to disqualify Trump from the presidency if he wins, by arguing his actions on January 6 constituted an insurrection. This move to undermine our constitutional republic is based on shaky legal ground, as Donald Trump has never been criminally charged with insurrection and, in fact, requested National Guard troops on January 6 to ensure safety during the events. Jamie Raskin believes that this action could lead to 'civil war conditions' and has called for increased security measures for Congress.
The DoD recently reissued the DoD Directive 5240.01 that authorizes DoD personnel to use lethal force when assisting civilian law enforcement if there is an imminent threat. The previous version of the directive written in 2016 only allowed for intelligence gathering from the DoD personnel when working with law enforcement. The timing of the change is rather disconcerting given Jamie’s comments and the election only weeks away. This change in directive seems to me as an effective way to start the process of implementing martial law if there is major civil unrest after the election. There’s a reason our founding fathers were weary of having a standing army and the potential tool of oppression it could become.
Erik Prince, a former Navy SEAL and the founder of the private military contractor Blackwater, believes that there are entrenched terror cells in the United States, linked to the Iranian government, poised for activation following Israel's retaliation against an Iranian missile strike two weeks ago. The open border situation has allegedly heightened the presence of IRGC surrogates and combatants within the U.S., facilitated by Venezuela granting them citizenship and aiding their migration to the U.S.
I disagree with this thesis. While I'm not an intelligence analyst or national security expert, I believe that Iran would gain nothing from such an attack on American soil, and I subscribe to the school of realism and therefore would expect Iran to act in their best interest. Activating these terror cells in the U.S. would lead to an open war that would likely spell the end for the current Iranian regime. The Iranian President, speaking at the UN meeting in New York in September, stated, “We don’t want war. ... We want to live in peace.” They did, however, launch a retaliatory strike against Israel following this statement, in response to the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh and attacks on Hezbollah leadership via pager and walkie-talkie bombs and airstrikes in Lebanon. Yet, after this attack, the President reaffirmed his commitment to peace, saying, “Iran aspires to peace and stability in the Middle East because no country can progress when there is war.” Iran's preference seems to be for peace, and inciting terror cells in the U.S. in retaliation for an expected Israeli strike would lead to a war that only Israel wants. Again I’m no expert, so this is something that
Beyond the threats emanating from Washington, D.C., and the Middle East, we must not overlook the fact that we are involved in a proxy war with Russia, a nation possessing the world's largest stockpile of apocalyptic nuclear weapons. Ukraine and certain NATO members have advocated for escalation by striking deep into Russian territory, even though Vladimir Putin has warned that such actions might precipitate a global thermonuclear war.
Marcus Allen, an FBI Whistleblower who raised concerns about the FBI Director’s testimony on the January 6 Capitol Riot and ended up losing his security clearance as an act of retaliation by the FBI, as his last act of public service raised a warning I think all Americans should take seriously. This God-fearing, true patriot, was an intel professional for many years at the FBI and he believes that the Bureau will not rein in its conduct of using reprisal and fear to control individual agents and leveraging over classification to hide their ethically questionable actions.
He then gave a serious and sincere call to action that I posted below.
Vote in November to stake our claim in the democratic process
Arm yourself and know how to defend yourself
Make three to four friends in your neighborhood and promise to come to each others aid in times of hardship
Stock up on three to four months of food and water as they did in the Great Depression
I'm not trying to sound alarmist, but his warning is one we should take seriously. While I disagree with Jamie Raskin's prediction of full-blown civil war, I believe we're heading towards a level of civil unrest unseen since the late 1960s. To refresh our history, during our involvement in the seemingly endless conflict in Vietnam's jungles and rice paddies, the home front was equally tumultuous. Within one twelve-month period, there were roughly 150 violent riots and approximately 170 bombings or bombing attempts. This era brought the United States closer to revolution than at any time since the Civil War, a scenario which could ominously mirror our very near future. I suggest you take heed of Marcus’s advice and go a bit further to what I call prepper-lite. Prepper-lite requires one to also have a generator, some way to purify water, well stocked med kits with extra medication, and a satellite phone. Think of it as insurance policy in case society partially breaks down.
